These NYPD cops, animals got into the Halloween spirit

Law and spooktacular order.

These cops, and their animal friends, got into the Halloween spirit on Monday and over the weekend.

From Mounted Unit horses readying for trick-or-treaters to a badged storm trooper doing some paper work, the department really went all out.
