Marathon takes over the city: See photos


Tens of thousands of runners are taking part in Sunday's TCS New York City Marathon, completing a 26.2-mile course that spans all five boroughs.

Starting on Staten Island, competitors make their way to Brooklyn before dipping into Queens, Manhattan, the Bronx and then back to Manhattan to cross the finish line in Central Park.
